The things I was told when I was given my BE any lawyer would not believe it. I was told I definitely did not deserve it by my manager but they were literally forced to do this in every unit and unfortunately my job is the least important so it’s me. 40 years of never receiving a BE means nothing. I was never on corrective action and never warned. This ruined my Christmas last year. I did contact a lawyers lady Dec. and left a message but they only called me back about a month ago but they did not return my call.

Class action will never happen. No basis for it. No incentive to break a signed separation agreement for legal fees, clawback and hassles.

We'll have to select a law firm to represent us in a class action suit. Which law firms that have been successful against BNYM?

OK, great ... whoever is coordinating this, please share details. Don't share your name, just the name of the law firm we need to contact. I hope I'm wrong but I predict no response.

It would be on contingency basis only - you dont spend your own money on valid class action suits. Attorney will take approximately 33% of settlement plus get added fees directly from defendant if successful. If not successful, you pay nothing. Consultation is free. Choose a known firm who has won against other big banks. The basis is the fraudulent reviews (libel) and the overwhelming majority of those let go are over 40. Only a legitimate claim will be taken on by an attorney on contingency because if they lose they get zero. But you have to reach out to discuss it as first step.

What exactly would the basis be for such a lawsuit? You can bet that the BNYM legal team has made damn sure that the logistics of the playoff pools are mixed enough to cover them on targeting any particular demographic.

Yeah, I have seen on this forum plenty of tough talk on this forum about a class action but very little detail or follow up.

Let us know when you’ve secured the services of a class action attorney that accepts your case and thinks you/we have a good chance of succeeding. Not sure how long I will hold my breath...

Good luck with that! No one is spending any part of their SUB on attorney fees. Just move on with life.
