Badge swipes

Does anyone have reliable info on badge swipe monitoring? How many swipes do you need and is it only for your primary work location? (Ie travel doesn’t count)

I agree with the other poster. If this is a big concern you need to move on.

If you are counting badge swipes, you should probably find a different place to work.

If they implement like VPN it would be measured on a rolling three months. That would resolve any concerns around vacation

You want more than 10 a month. Less than 10 and you are going to have someone chatting with you.

16 doesn’t even allow you to take vacation and not get on a list

I heard that outside of your normal location doesn’t count

Our team has been advised we must average 10 swipes per month over a rolling 3-month period to avoid management reporting/counseling. Swipes count at any Bank location, so no need to worry if you travel.
