What are the salary amounts for the various letter grades at BNY for the US?

There are minimums based on the salary grades. In Pittsburgh the minimum for an i is in the low 50s, J is 62,500, K is 72,500, L is around 86, etc. In NYC, the minimums are 30% higher to compensate for cost of living differential.
Salary ranges for each grade are different depending on which area of the bank you're in. Ex: Inv Mgt Grade L minimum is higher than a Risk group Grade L minimum. Same holds true for the bonuses
Left the bank as an "L" in NYC. Base $184,000, bonus in the $30-$50 range. Being laid off was the greatest Blessing, I let them pay out every sub payment as well as unemployment and enjoyed the time with my kids. Started working once they went back to school.

I’m in NYC and make 80k base plus about 7K in bonus. I don’t have any direct reports but I am a J level. I’ve always had EE in the past 9 years I’ve been here and started at an FF level at 40k (different job)

Grades irrelevant as the bands have a 30/40k swing. So the same persons could be doing same job and one could be on 40k more than the other. The bank pays as little as they can get away with and the bands accomondate this, hence the swing.
I started Grade K 125k....that was my pay 19k bonus..left making 136k 12k bonus
