I was researching online and i saw somewhere that you may not get unemployment benefits if you don’t sign the performance reviews. Does anyone know if we don’t sign off if we don’t get our SUB pay & unemployment benefits?

You will be fired if you don’t sign
The only paperwork that matters is what you receive when you are actually laid off.
Reviews only matter if you plan to sue for anything.
I always commented, this time I didn't. I just don't care anymore. I just work like a BE now till it's my time.
I know who am and I never let some BS manager to dictate on my capacity, so never accepted the FAKE performance review. If you do not accept there may be higher chance of laying you off. Accept it if you want to continue with BNY. I did not accept because it’s Fake, for me self respect is more important than living a FAKE life. AND yes! got laid-off and still got everything I need to get, it does not stop you.
Can someone who knows please reply? Really want to know. Aware of two people who got fake BE ratings.
