No-brainer and the ones who go out on a smoke break with them is to stay in his good books . These people's manager s— as they are being easily fooled . There is nothing you can do about it than to improve the working conditions of your team. You will eventually outnumber these managers when you realise half the time they are being dumbed down by those who use him.
