It’s the top honor now in IT. Unsurpassed, unmistakable, unsurpassed (used 2x !!) and remarkable are the superlatives to describe our leader. I’ll cut staff in half !!

Folks,
SK couldn’t execute.
NEXEN was nothing more than marketing hype and an extremely poor attempt at trying to recreate what Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS have already built.
You can thank SK and BS (former President of IS) for sinking tens of millions of capital dollars into the NEXEN and Digital Pulse money pit. This has significantly contributed to the expense control BNYM is executing due to all the lovely depreciation expense hitting the OPEX budget.
I totally disagree with your SK hate. Yeah, he always promoted himself, but if you were good at your job, he recognized and rewarded that. This go-go-gadget, is incompetent.
Enough with this “Suresh was awesome” revisionism. B.E. Is faithfully carrying forward each and every goofy initiative on Suresh’s agenda, and unfortunately has somehow managed to get even more funding for them.
The sole difference between S.K. and B.E. is in presentation. Where B.E. never misses an opportunity to cut BNYM employees down, Suresh never missed an opportunity for self-aggrandizing.
Both equally useless CIOs promoted well beyond their level of competence.
For this years Briggy Edgy CIO Award I nominate..... Briggy Edgy !! Or old BE as she’s affectionately known....
Making a show of herself everytime she speaks. She appears to have zero awareness or education? Very strange that she in that role. Infact its hillarious.
She was at Lehman and used to install network cables. Pretty much what she's qualified to do with her one semester at county college. She is totally out of touch and driving technology into the ground. She surrounds herself with her old friends and cronies. The biggest joke is her speaking and personality skills at every town hall, incoherent, babbling, and barely can look people in the eye. You go from a place with Suresh looking to the future, to her looking to the past. Here's her next brilliant idea - Create dedicated people to do production support, even on systems they didn't write. Hey Gadget, the 70s want their failed idea back. I predict she's gone with a year. That seems to be her pattern if you look at her linkedin.
Wasn’t she just originally a sysadmin at, what, AT & T?
I nominate my manager's manager's manager's CIO's manager's CIO to receive this prestigious award for dedication to outstanding excellence in the field of management.
Worst so called leader in the bank. And a personality to go with it.
she blew how many millions on greenfield? As she limps along saying she wants to cut staff by 50%.
