One nuance: You only accrue vacation if you work the entire month. So if you get laid off on the 25th of the month, you don’t accrue vacation for that month.
i mean any vacation days that you might have accrued as of the day of let go.

It's considered two weeks of pay in lieu of notice.
When you're laid-off you receive a 2-week notice until the effective date of the separation, then the SUB benefits start. So basically an extra 2 weeks of comp/benefits

Will continue till sev pay is there. After that if still unemployed, have to go in COBRA
