Why aren’t we getting stock every year ? Do amazon employees get stock ? It is one of the most valuable companies after all.

Your first mistake was assuming "firstly" wasn't a word. Your second mistake was sharing that assumption with the class. Where do you think words come from basement rat? You think they grow on trees?
Beware, robots can spell better than mimes. Those who didn't know 'firstly' was a word get replaced... first :)
Amazon has replaced a large amount of warehouse workers with robots. Robots can stock shelves and record data, the entire loop can be automated. It’s called human robot symbiosis. You’re miming an a individual who serves a purpose, even those hiding in the basement will be replaced.
Firstly is a word... mo–ns give themselves away too easily! Crack open a dictionary... so sad.
"Firstly" lol (my new favorite "word")... I don't assume anything. I observe our Tms everyday and I would say, for the most part they are all terrible and lazy and have stinky thumbs (from standing around with their thumbs in their butt all day)
Second. No one in our store got a job from nepotism. My best friend refused to hire me. We have tons of relationships in the store but no one gets jobs over someone else because they know someone, it's because they are the best person for the job. Well I've seen terrible people get jobs over awesome people but it wasn't because of nepotism.
I do believe algorithms can eventually order well. However since our Tms (Brad & Suzie) are so sh–ty at stocking the shelves there will always need to be humans involved.
As far as being a clown in a tower...I'm more like a mime in a basement.
Firstly why don’t we assume most people are hard working and are doing the best they can. Second let’s not pretend nepotism isn’t how majority of the TMs at regional got their position. That’s why Whole Foods failed n got purchased by Amazon. The vast majority of wfm positions will be automated. U think an algorithm can’t buy what is needed at every level? Its simple economics n all of this mess will be automated, including the clown in the tower taking down about suzi and bobi team member thinking they are special. Ur an appliance not unlike a toaster
Astls and higher also needed to have at least 6000 service hours. Some of ours did not get the stock. I also received Whole Foods stock but I got zero dollars from it because every time I got a grant the stock kept falling. I made $1800 of one Amazon stock. Free gift.
Why do Team members always think people above them haven't put in their dues and continue to bust their butts? I've been with Whole Foods 12 years and people who get promoted are always (with a small amount of terrible exceptions) the most productive, motivated and hard working. Everyday we sweat getting things done. Meanwhile Tm Brad & Tm Susie are in the next aisle over looking at their cell phones and complaining how they do all the work. Start living in reality and if you aren't getting hired for jobs there is probably something wrong with your work ethic and attitude.
That was the deal amazon’s new wife (john m) made with her husband bezos. We all get $15 raise and one time stock if you had a certain amount of service hours. You will only get more stocks if you move up to astl or higher at store level or similar position at regional level. They are still working on details about them getting more shares. But regular tms will not get anything. Wife did a great job in caring about those who really bust their butts that made wfm what it is. But those on top as always got the better deal. Welcome to getting marry to amazon. Honeymoon is over. Everything is changing now.
