The existing leadership is so toxic even corono virus would not be able to do anything to them, they are all with dead souls!

Well the corona virus arrived. This thing can bring a whole lot of opportunities. For example, we all "get sick" together on a prearranged week, we can implement an unofficial strike. Roll it for a few weeks and they'll start hiring again. Maybe they will even bring back our old colleagues.
However, should the seniors be corona-ed we could end up without our toxic leadership for a few weeks and prove they are not required at all.
