I completely agree with this post. But I'd go further. This market downturn proves that the ago old emotions that drive the market, fear and greed, are very much both alive. It also DISproves the phrase "this time is different" for all those megarich who are trying to convince everyone with their sense of entitlement that everything is wonderful.

Well, it does care about your age. The CDC yesterday said that over 80% of all people who got the virus who are under the age of 60 only got mild symptoms and recovered fairly quickly. The people who are most at risk are the elderly or those with serious underlying health conditions. So therefore, it would appear that wealth and power are not factors concerning this coronavirus
