Nobody knows when layoffs will happen, but the overall number of employees should be public info. Do you know how many people work at the company? How about the office at Charlotte?

Employees
At December 31, 2018, we had approximately 204,000 employees. None of our domestic employees are subject to a collective bargaining agreement. Management considers our employee relations to be good.

I've never heard anyone own up whether full time headcount is just full time associates or includes the hired help. I have hard time believing it is just FTE
Fulltime 208131 (according to https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/BAC/profile?p=BAC ).... and then there are low cost contractors mostly from offshore companies in India.
