I see BNY Mellon ratings on Glassdoor and Indeed improving. Are things getting better?

We should post what's going on so others can be warned. You'd think there was a turnaround going on by reading Glassdoor and Indeed.

Better?? Oh yeah sure. A new roll of toilet paper was just put into stall number 3 on the 13th floor (East side).
One of an intellectual way of monitoring productivity someone devised and uses at BNY is to get a report of how many times in a day someone checks in and checks out their code - if you are a developer then that's what you are measured on - so you don't have to fix anything just check out - add some comments - check it back in, keep doing this and you get bonus points!!! Developers with maximum bonus points have their job secured..good luck working with the smartest management I've seen ever! BE actually should be given to the witch who leads the technology whose initial matches with her performance!
Umm more layoffs scheduled beginning of March, BNY is automating as many functions as possible, or moving processes to low cost effective locations. This is nothing new.
Def not better...buyer beware!
