Ok with your suggested improvements but new CEO should be most qualified female or male
Hi I'm the 1 percent. To fix BNY Mellon I would:
- Hire a female CEO
- Cut back or eliminate outsourcing our technology and service jobs overseas
- Mandate that all managers set REAL GOALS based on REAL MEASURABLE PERFORMANCE METRICS
- Mandate that all employees are evaluated fairly and equally by ensuring that performance reviews are based on REAL DEFINABLE MEASURABLE METRICS
- Sweeping Lean SIx Sigma initiative that evaluates every inch of the global business, identifies and eliminates waste and redundancy, and implements employee feedback for improvement
- Reevaluate all technology assets from the top down and re balance it so that it meets the needs of our business and of our customer. The right technology in the right locations deployed and serviced by the right people at the right time
- Re balance leadership so that there is equal leadership shared between New York and Pittsburgh.
