If you were forced to give BE’s, let HR know. I talked to HR on another matter and mentioned this to her and she said ratings are your managers discretion. HR is clearly not aware of what is going on. Obviously everyone is doing what their managers are “asking” us to do because they are scared. This violates code of conduct. Also don’t be scared if do raise the issue, it’s confidential and if your manager even suspects you and they retaliate boy they would be in for one. Google retaliation and when HR follows up with you, they mention the retaliation policy.
If you were threatened in any case and forced to rate BE (it’s confidential and if they retaliate, you have a good case), go to mysource > hr & personal > MyHR > create a request > employee relations > employee grievance.
