Our manager threatened that if we didn’t sign the performance rating, that we won’t get our bonuses. I forwarded that email to HR and they told counsel and had to escalate to his manager because obviously he was trying to use intimidation and coerce is to do something that we didn’t want to do. I wish I told her that we wanted an apology email.
Also, I mentioned that manager said that she was told to give me BE. HR said that should not be the case because it’s manager discretion. Boy is HR unaware of what is taking place.
