Not have it exist as a smaller company, not have it sold to somebody else, but literally have it fail to the point of liquidation?

Of course not.
Hard working people would be drastically impacted, as well as the market repercussions.
Sold -yes.
Current management out -yes.
Fail - no.
Though laid off, never wish misfortune on those regardless of condition. Note, Karma is a real b–ch. I have seen its wrath firsthand.
I really wish it does not happen - This company has had a good presence in the market all these years- now its in the hands of people who are ruining it - hope it changes soon - there are more leaders now in this company from companies that don’t exist in Wall Street any more - hope they are exercising what they learnt as mistakes and don’t do the same here!!! One thing they are doing for sure is destroying the culture!!
How id–tic. Do you really want to compete for the few jobs available with a hundred or a thousand former peers now unemployed?
I suspect many do actually wish that. Victims on a sinking ship (due to ineptitude) tend to cheer when the captain also goes in the water.
I certainly don't. Not only would it directly displace the 50,000+ employees, but it would also impact some of the more vulnerable populations that support our people and buildings (cafeteria and janitorial staff, contract security personnel, local coffee shop employees, etc).
Ridiculous post. Who wants to see 50,000 people lose their jobs? Do something better with your time and look for a new job instead of wishing thousands out of work.
