It depends if there is a morale compass of understanding the dangers of unsafe food, it SHOULD be thrown away and a spoilage/ shrinkage tag produced, if an id–t follows the 10 second rule then it’s possible it can sold/ served. Any one who follows the 10 second rule should be fired but that’s 90 percent of all kitchen workers so whose going to work or care?
