I just want my w2 from this company so they can finally be a thing of my past; but no the dang on HR department has certain timeframes that you can request your w2. What a joke!

I thought it’s a law that all companies W2s have to mailed by January 31?
I got mines and already done did my taxes and got my refund, Brrrrrrrrrrrahskie.
W2s don’t need to be requested and were sent out. You can also download and print them. There are no timeframes for requesting... they need to send out by law. The HR systems are a mishmash of odd web sites so you do have to keep on top of it. Your task now is to battle your way through HR4U until you find the person who can help you. The good news is that its not nearly as difficult as signing up for healthcare.
