What do you guys say about those Hyenas who formed alliance and protected themselves from lay-off with fake reports? Who instead got promoted! PGH IT is a joke.
Hopefully he will take some of his cronies with him before they finish off their destruction of the place–with one in mind especially.
He sounded like he just came out of the South Bronx, like the biggest bully on the playground. One of the biggest embarrassments to ever hold the title he was given. I will never forget hearing him yelling and cursing the staff out on a conference call. I couldn't believe that someone of his caliber would berate staff the way he did. Total unprofessionalism. No great loss, believe me.

I remember that classic town hall when CS introduced him, said how many people he had and that he was here to figure out how to cut down that problem. He just grinned... clearly on the same page.
Will be interesting to see if he goes to Wells.
Whether he was a minority or not, he was the worst senior leader I have come across in my 35 year career. Uninspiring, rude, clearly a bully... he addressed "all managers" in Operations and said we were running a "sh– show". Hey, I couldn't disagree, we were running a sh– show, but we were running the sh– show directed by the likes of him. Way to inspire people Lester, way to inspire!

Who's leaving? .... Lester Owens.... Global Head of Operations, only joined 14 months ago. A few days ago he's issuing messages about sticking together and focused on the job. So while staff bust a gut he takes his millions and watches from the shore.

That rat is leaving behind a huge retention bonus and is going to work with Charlie at WF. Crazy times!!!!
There might be something more to it. Probably won't come out right away. But I'm sure there's something behind that big rat that jumped off today. Either someone offered him a bigger piece of cheese or he might have been scared away by a cat or a big mouse trap! We'll all find out soon enough!
