Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Anyone see Brian “Mumblestein” Moynihan’s interview on CNBC?

Assuming you could understand what he was saying without having closed captioning turned on there was one statement that came in crystal clear.

No layoffs THIS year. BofA and all the banks for that matter will be make up for lost ground in 2021.

Thoughts?

It should be heavy in middle management. In one division, there are 8 supporting roles for one revenue producing role in the field. That's far too many. You have "sales coaches", "credit coaches", "performance coaches", "phone call auditors", and phony baloney "compliance cops" - all clogging up the middle mgt. role. They add little to no value.

I heard massive layoffs are coming in the early part of 2021. Most of the job cuts will be upper and middle management.
