I thought I knew my coworkers pretty well, but this virus has revealed something. The TMs that refuse to wear a mask until we are open, or wear it all day half-assed under their noses and chins do not care about others. They complain that the masks are uncomfortable or they fog up their glasses, but the reality is the rest of us are wearing them with and without glasses. Yes, they are uncomfortable, but we choose to wear them not only to protect ourselves but others. They do not care if we have relatives at home that may be infected, or kids, or that we may become infected. I will think differently about these TMs and TLs after this is all over.

Really surprised that you would think anybody cared. Nobody cares. Lesson: watch your own a–, because when/if the sh– hits the fan, you see what true humans are like.

Bernie Sanders, as feckless as he turned out to be, tweeted out for $15 minimum wage, others saw it and AMZ responded. Customers and employees can't even wear the masks correctly WF is doing a piss poor job for the sake of not causing a fuss. Leadership doesnt speak up to TM or customers they just let it slide to not cause a scene. WF doesnt care about anyones safety its all just for show.

I’m not a current team member. Thankfully I’ve moved on and am pursuing another field of interest. I hope it’s ok if I still drop by to see what everyone is complaining about.
Everyone posts "i don't work there anymore" is a current TM, or more likely a current TL trying to hide the fact that they post here. Otherwise why the hell would someone care what the current situation is in an old job that they hated. The bottom line is that it's frustrating when there are protocols that leadership is allowed to ignore by the STL.

Here is an experiment. Put on a mask then spit at a coworker's face. Now don't wear a mask and spit on your coworker. No difference, right? That's why surgeons don't need to wear them either, they do nothing.
How about cover your cough and wash your hands. Masks are like back braces. False security and doesn’t prevent anything.

My gosh, that's the truth. Your own team members will do you in to protect themselves from being done in, advance their own agenda or for no reason other than pure meanness. That's the Whole Foods way.
Before the store opens only about half of the employees in my store are wearing masks, including leadership. It's just not being enforced. So for the first 4-5 hours that some are working, almost no one is wearing them.
