There will always be people who prefer WFH and those who prefer to be in an office. Why not let it settle out by LOB requirement and job scope? Wait.. that would put employees and productivity first. Can't have that!

I'm curious, the people who are against WFH, and who don't like this thread, why so? Are you working for that Wall Street "teammate" who was caught on record bullying his brokers to come back into the office with the virus? Google it and letmeknow.
The new normal will be a better world, including rethinking working from home. It works! And we are connected, better than before!
Work from home is the future. Companies who adapt to new ideas and flexibility will gain talent. Companies who do things the same old way will be left behind.
Take a stand!
Working from home will be stopped shortly. Everyone must come back to work. What are we going to do with all of those empty buildings?
