They’ve committed to no layoffs in 2020 but do you really think they wouldn’t seek alternative ways to get rid of people. If you sign checklists or if you done any voting type things in terms of your process, you don’t think they would resort to firing people for not following procedure. I think making mistakes is going to be scrutinized more than ever. I don’t trust these people. Do you?

BNYMellon ended by career in IT with my lay-off in 2017. Before I decided to retire for good, I have to say in the 38 years I worked in various companies they were the worst in management, pay, ethics and HR, technical support and benefits. Hated every moment working there.
Wouldn't surprise me. My former boss was a real anal douche about them. Better my former boss than me working there now.
I am a contractor and my contract is up the end of September. I am worried they will use this current situation as a reason not to extend me.
I think they don’t want to negative PR so I don’t think they will.
Next year will more than likely be a blood bath.
