Keyloop still has a solid core of talented people who are dedicated, genuinely care about the customers, and make things happen daily. Meanwhile, in India, the teams just keep growing - and, let's be honest, it's a bit like watching an orchestra that hasn’t quite figured out what song they’re supposed to be playing. It’s quantity over quality, where adding more hands doesn’t necessarily add more brains.

The joke will be that the lords of the KLT after the combined disaster, with the sale of the company in addition to all the mega salaries of these years they will also take a giant bonus....

The FP leadership team have destroyed a company that was market leader and was the go to choice for large dealer groups and OEM’s. ADP/CDK locked out the market in many countries. These id--ts have stripped the company of knowledge and talent and treated the customer like something smelly on their shoes. It such a shame that all the passion, effort and success of all the past employees is worth nothing any more. It’s been a massacre of utter incompetence, shame on you.

Since we became Keyloop the employee turnover has almost tripled compared to CDK and ADP days. The same goes for customer churn, which is actually 5 times higher than in the ADP times. FP and KLT have managed to throw away a solid market leader position. The word is now spreading beyond UK&I and we should expect to see even more churn in countries like Spain, Germany, Finland, Netherlands, Denmark and Canada.
This is why FP in the summer have asked KLT to prepare for a sale mid/end of next year, opening up for bid’s straight after the year end result have been published.

It was always going to happen you can’t treat your customers with outright contempt for the last three years and not expect them to vote with their feet. This will be first of many as everyone hates what Keyloop has become and is now a dying company on the slippery slope downhill.

What a fantastic job (for Pinewood) Tom and his KLT sycophants have done since buying CDK. They have now lost the Marshall Group, 4 of the top 20 groups are now with Pinewood, how long before the rest go?

A way of removing bureaucracy you say? Start by removing yourself and give back the power of decision making to the people who knows our customers and products. Maybe Tom should invite the man on the floor to his next BBQ party if he want a correct view on the business, instead of the group of happy clappers he invited, that live on a lovely pink cloud and who don’t dare say anything negative.

“So you can say categorically that telephony or networks will not be sold off?”

No they can’t. Fact.

Yes, definitely rewards for the few not the many which is a key reason why the business is performing so badly. Totally ineffective reward and recognition process. Very expensive KLT members earning eye watering amounts cannot do anything with such a demotivated workforce. Since FP have taken over we’ve all been sc--wed with stock entitlements taken away, below inflationary pay awards, merit deferrals, unreliable bonus payments (if at all). There’s been constant offshoring to low quality shared service centres with high levels of employee churn. This all leads to unhappy customers and employees which does not result in a successful and sustainable business. Major red flags for anyone wanting to take over this business in a few years time!

So you can say categorically that telephony or networks will not be sold off?

by

Post ID: @pQrsd+154y9TPM

We have no intention or desire to sell or offload individual divisions of the business. A potential sale may occur in the next 2 to 3 years, but it will involve the company as a whole. Restructuring is essential to ensure we are well-positioned for the future and to continue providing an excellent experience for our customers. Recent redundancies were part of a strategic shift and are not as extensive or widespread as some might suggest.

So the the strategy is to continue the streamlining ready for sale. Sell off telephony, networks, engineering and outsource hosting to the cloud with minimum support in house. Move support to off shore fully and close as many in country offices as possible. Outsource all implementation to partners. It will be wave after wave of distress so KLT make their six figure FP bonus. It’s their playbook that rewards the few over the many. Customers are not important so tell anything to keep their cash.

Hosting, engineering and services have had cuts, which doesn't really make sense. Looks like closure is being hurried along to fall in line with fire sale. can only imagine more will go before long. Expect an imminent visit of the HSE and officials due to staffing, or lack off.

Fake news - YES, as with everything Keyloop communicates to their customers and on SoMe. The issue is that the customers of Keyloop is not as blue eyed a blond as Keyloop own communication and marketing department. There is a reason why Klt spends more time visiting customers to prevent loss, than on what is their job - come up with a modern and usefull strategy for the benefit of our customers and also Keyloop. Wonder when we will see the next klt member exit Keyloop?

Amit or Tom need to get a grip on the Hosting organization before they do real material damage to the business. Everyone gets that we need to close the DCs and move to the cloud, but they are bulldozing ahead with projects without any thought or concern for the impact on other departments or on customers. The Rev8 and Drive migrations in particular are shaping up to be disasters of epic proportions unless there is some kind of informed intervention. You're welcome.

Watching the “Last Night of the Proms” on telly and they are playing the Keyloop hymn: “Rule Britannia”. Saw TK and the HR leadership sitting in row1 clapping their hands, reminding themself of how glorious their empire is!

I left Keyloop during all the layoffs back in 2021 and recommend you do the same if you’re unhappy there.

You have got nothing to lose by interviewing, but you might have a lot to gain.

To the keyloop employees who are on here sharing their woes - I understand where you’re coming from. But I have to say that you can do better than this. You don’t have to be miserable at work. Do yourselves a favour and move on to better things. Keyloop is just a company, you can choose to work elsewhere, at countless far better ones.

Don’t let them take you down with them, and don’t waste your career being mucked about by these people.

Keyloop reminds me more and more of how USSR once was. A close country with a leader-/dictatorship that don’t understand the world outside of their own. Lead by the ever so clever HR department, they try to control how people live, what salary that given at what time, who is to get kicked etc. Of course with the only criteria being: are you a happy clapper or not.
Many departments in Keyloop can be compared to the meltdown that happens in the USSR at Chernobyl. The leadership is demanding more output than capacity can accommodate, and at somepoint it will explode. At that time the leadership will on a nice island in sunny Dubai, feasting on the blood of their “people”.
Let’s see, maybe at some point there will also be a revolution happening in Keyloop?

Professional Services (Implementation) and Customer Support in country. Offshore is never touched and will take on more. Usually badged as retiring or decided to look at opportunities outside Keyloop but that all means pushed out.

Just confirming a major restructuring is commencing now. Revenue off track so they want costs reduced considerably. Wrongly it will be customer facing that takes the biggest cuts. More blood on the KLT hands.

Given all the back bending extra work we are all being asked to do and the demands we love the customer and do all we can - great to be thanked by a deferred annual merit rise which will not be backdated - if it happens at all.

Watching a business decide to stick two fingers up at its staff and expect the extra mile isnt funny.

Those recruitment sites I have been keeping an eye are about to see an application frenzy

Certain countries are expelled from pay rises, both this year and in the future. There are different reason why. Some countries have already got a pay rise through legislation. Some countries Keyloop want to close down and therefore not giving any money to force people out. Also the financials are not looking to good and here Keyloop prioritise management first, to get a payrise. Speaking of financials, all orgs. are looking into structural changes = redundancies starting from September.

After a couple of tries, Keyloop found a way to get rid of unwanted and costly employees, without costing a lot of money, on the contrary. Demotions and removal of responsibilities, is the way going forward, so watch out, especially if you are a people manager or a specialist.
