Another change in the ELT must be due soon? Who will be next to get the chop, how long can Bob Parr blame the other vegetables for his short comings? What have Edward Smith and Bob Parr got in common - both were captains of sinking ships lol.

We shold be thankfull for Keyloop being a stranded or maybe even a wrecked boat and not a balloon, because with all that hot air they are letting out at the moment, we would by now be galaxies away from Earth, with no navigator to get us back.

To be fair, we are following the same trajectory as the Titantic.

Row row row your boat gently down the stream
into the rapids
Over the waterfall into the abyss.....

Will it make the boat go faster?
Probably not with the current leadership team, unless Keyloop have a goal to row/go backwards.

I like how Keyloop works. First you get fired and get a BIG redundancy bonus. Then you get hired to a better salary, and your new company have just signed a contract with Keyloop to help them out, so you get to do what you did before, but with a better hiring package. My manager tells me we are actively hiring people if anyone is interested :)
The above - What not to like?

Of course you can, everything is cheaper in India. Trouble is the quality is awful - programmers write garbage, managers just push paper around, product managers are clueless and support just pass the problems down the line.

Interesting though that there doesn't seem to be any interest in offshoring any of the C-level positions to India. One rule for them another for us, eh?

Anyone who can confirm that plans have been put in place to divide the company into two. DMS and APPS. This will make it easier to sell off Keyloop with as little loss as possible to FP.

Keyloop has now been rejected several times in its attempts to acquire companies. The reason in most cases is that the business owners value their responsibility to their loyal employees and their reputation as responsible business owners and managers over Keyloop's money and values.

Once again Keyloop leaders shows their incompetance by sending people with no industry knowledge - themself, to an industry conference/show in Dubai. A great way of treating themself with some nice warm days away from the English autumn weather.

Funny that Keyloop with one hand is flagning the rainbow flag while with the other hand happily collecting millions of $ from UAE, countries where the rainbow flag is banned, women has no rights and they are a mandatory part of the top list of countries that keeps breaking Human rights. Wonder if they will flag this at AM Live?

Breaking News! For the first time in many years, within the next two days Keyloop will not make any stupid decisions as all leaders are off to a happyclapper conference.

The bathrobe will come in very handy as extra warmth now that we cannot afford to put on our heating. I may even wear the robe under my coat as I queue at the foodbank on an evening.
Others in the queue might think that I have just come from the local spa after a long hard day at work, commuting between the European states, India and Canada.
The loofah will fend off any potential muggers and contact with the KLT.

I hope Keyloop hasn't parted ways with all the people in France and Germany. The EU is looking at new legislation to protect European languages. This means that if you e.g. want to cooperate with Stellantis or MB, it requires all certifications to be done, for example, in French and German. Implementation is expected to start in 2025.

I really like the transparent Keyloop travel rules. Bringing multiple HR people from Europe to India instead of bringing one HR person from India to Europe makes so much sense, especially comparing to my £50 trip expenses to visit a customer onsite to resolve issues where declined.

@Newcomer - I've been with the company for nearly 30 years (Kerridge -> ADP -> CDK -> Keyloop) and the current levels of disruption/dissatisfaction are unprecedented. Maybe it's all part of the plan to shake up the company. Maybe it's all for the best. I'll leave smarter people than me to decide on that, but the likes of Tekion and Pinewood must be looking on with interest.

Keyloop is loosing OEM certifications across all brands and all markets. Alliances and Sales leaders + KLT are hiding this fact for employees and customers. Why do you think FP is trying to sell of Keyloop with BIG discounts? To avoid a zero value company when cancellations hit within the next two years, where certifications and contracts run out.

I’m new to Keyloop, so I hope to get some insights. In my whole career, which includes other FP owned companies, I’ve never experienced so many escalations as I have in Keyloop. Did you previously also have this amount of escalations?

After more than two years of management, is there a customer who can be satisfied with at least one change to the product? Or at least in his business. Is there even one reason why customers say thank you? Because from meetings and parties around the world it emerges that everything and everyone is amazing.....it's been over two years, does anyone have any ideas on what two years means in the world of technology and software?

The keyloop leadership belief that they can treat their customers so badly as there is nowhere to go is really going to sm--k them in teeth with this announcement. If you don’t look after your customers someone else will. I know of several major groups wanting out as quickly as possible.

No, it’s called business. Plus, if you only got 2.7% increase you can’t be doing very well given the pot per manager was effectively 4% of all salaries within the team. Sounds like your spending too much time moaning, and not enough working.

Post ID: @jvoik+154y9TPM

So we put customer prices up by 10%, but we're only getting a 2.7% payrise ........ UK customers might want to talk to the Competitions and Markets Authority as given Keyloop's near monopolistic position in the market this is blatant profiteering.
