10% of CDKi to go - The cull has started

From my experience the job is fairly stable, and the work load is bearable and sometimes even enjoyable. The customers that I've come in to contact with seem reasonably happy with the service. What is noticeable is that management always seem to be on edge, but that's no different to any other company.
Look at how much the KLT is travelling around the world (Malta and SA excluded). All just to fight the fires they have started with their bad judgement and decisions. The fires are burning both internal in Keyloop and external at our customers. And all the places they go they promise customers and employees to be rewarded if they stay as customers og do an exceptional work as employees. And do they get as promissed? Judge yourself. The customers get a raise in their monthly fee and the employees get cut in their bonuses. Thats how Tom and the gang does business!
I understand the frustration among the employees. I work in inside sales and was invited with my wife along to SA because some other sales guy couldn’t. So I was happy but there were no need for this. I just happen to have a good relationship with one of the VP’s. Actually a colleague from another department helps me alot in my work, I would say that he does alot of the work for me. But that’s life in sales, and i don’t complain, but I understand why others do.
For those who have remained in the company: never accept that your work becomes the norm to remedy the mistakes made by this management. The efforts your managers ask you are a favor you do. Don't accept that stress ruins your life, learn to fu-k those who want to pass the situation as normal!!!!!!!
To poster @gBsre+154y9TPM
All I would say is go for it, put us all out our misery.
There are plenty of jobs out there for people with our skills.
There is no loyalty from KLT, so we don't owe them anything.
Most of us are waiting for a pay out so really not that bothered.......................... might mean that some of us would have to actually do some work though from that point on, if we had to find another job.
You know that dilemma, when you have information that in the right/wrong hands would make Keyloop go bankrupt within a year, but on the other hand have some really good life long colleagues whoms families are dependent on the income, and this would make them loose their jobs (including my self). What to do?
Inchcape to roll out Tekion DMS across all dealerships.
First of the big customers ( they can’t leave because they have no where else to go was the quote from the CEO ) is moving to a new DMS provider 😂😂 oh dear many others may follow.
Bonuses were not that bad for those who did get them. Paid out to a select few cunning linguists, you will know who they are, every business area has them.
For the record, Malta was rubbish and embarrassing and a complete waste of money.
Thanks for the reassurance TK, what a relief! Back to work plebs, nothing to concern yourselves with here ...
What BS. There have been no communications of that sort to SLT members
Where are all the happy clappers not putting Shout Outs for the Malta and SA trips?
Embarrassed? Instructed not to? One of the favoured? Give staff Mushroom treatment?
It's great to see where the money is going, rather than merit rises for staff treated like sh-t.
Roll on when we get sold again, cannot be any worse than this shower of users and takers.
Just want to mention that all who are invited to SA get to bring their partners, because…… well just because - yes I know, because they worked SO hard last year.
Voice connect salesman who recently left was the best we had. Gave the product away for nothing, got his bonus payout, then went to work for the same company supplying the phone system. Oh no, definately all above board and transparant. No doubt some Wimbledon style moves went on there...... back handers, cough, cough
Good luck to them, I've never seen a Sales team more disinterested in making selling anything. In all my time at CDK I never passed a single lead to Sales for a customer that didn't have to be chased up a month later, and then usually multiple times, because nobody had bothered getting back to them. I have absolutely no idea what they did all day.
It is however yet another hallmark sign of a toxic work culture when the Sales guys are getting pampered with flashy holidays and the efforts of the other departments that actually keep the ship running day-to-day go neglected.
Let’s see how many people from Sales and Alliance that will make their target this year and get invited to their special club, if all other departments don’t help them? How many from eg. Engineering and Support do you think have been invited to the SA trip? maybe beside from some leaders of course. From now on, when ever Sales comes asking for help, I don’t have time to help them or Keyloop,,,,,,
CT - VP Global Delivery and Agile transformation.
Excuse my ignorance, who is Santa? It is hard to keep up with all moves and shakers.
Can you identify by intitials or by any other means.
Thnx
Santa claimed there was an abundance of cheap talent in Poland. In reality the talent was sparse and expensive, and most preferred to stay as contractors. The hugely expensive office remains mostly empty and they are now trying to sublet it. To top it all some m*ron broke their leg going down the kiddy slide too fast😂. The whole venture is an unmitigated disaster.
Santa Claus?
Now that the architect behind “Ki-ling local org, and move all to India and Poland” is leaving the company, we hopefully see a change in strategy, bringing more back more local presence?
They want the customers to leave. They want the business to fail. We near the start of the final push before the business is sold off. Ki-l joy has made his millions, he and others will soon be off. All we can hope for is a half decent payout.
The Ireland market looking shaky for Keyloop also. Blackwater Group already switched to Pinewood, and another 2 of their top 5 groups also looking at it. Interesting times ahead
FP/KLT think they can treat customers/staff like cr*p without consequences. They are more interested in virtue signalling than looking after either. Go woke, go broke.
Here we go, first to jump was McCarthy Group in ZA now Inchcape going elsewhere. Others will follow quickly when it shown you can leave successfully.

They can't even organise correctly spelled awards for their 'star' performers - good job they are all too dim to realise. The person that was given the then award then shows it on LinkedIn. Clowns.
Men in tails celebrating themselves in Malta......in the absence of approval from the market, customers and employees.....cold consolation....
Confused. Is any bonus being paid this year? If so when?
Or has it been spent by the Maltesers?
I know what we should do let’s fly to Malta and celebrate the failure of the business. Spend loads of money on a select few, party, drink and then post loads of sh*te on LinkedIn and other social media. Aren’t we all doing a great job happy clappers. I hate to think what the customers are saying about this shameful leadership.
It's a pleasure to know about the party in Malta, it gives strength to work more and more intensely to those who remained in their place... not to mention the customers who are really enthusiastic about the celebrations paid for with the money raised by the non-existent assistance.
I can not prove anything without blowing my cover. Numbers are rounded to give an idea in what region the alpints are. Btw. You can €100k to the drinks and beer number after Yesterday evening party… But what a party!
For all of you who dares. Ask Alliances and Sales to make their programs for Malta public or ask your colleagues in those departments who their vacation was :) Wonder if Support, PS, Finance etc. gets similar party trips this year..?
At least its bonus time.............
I forgot to get a PO to purchase a torch to see how many are up tk,s @ss.
Lost count, put it this way, there wasn't an echo.
The numbers are made up, the 200K for Malta is probably accurate which seems like a massive waste of money.
The accounts will be submitted to companies house and be available for all to see like any private ltd company
@Please send some more money can those numbers be proven - appear a little toorounded to be accurate
Now they're gaslighting their own employees, virtue signalling on LinkedIn about the 2 'wellbeing' days, when in previous years it's been 4 'picnic' days. Bunch of w@nkers.
Funny how Keyloop have spend their money so far this year…
€200k on drinks and beers in Malta = Ok
€2m on bonus to Senior Leaders =Ok
€500k on business class travel for Senior Leaders around the world = Ok
€1m on external people takling about wellbeing and other topics = Ok
I could easily continue the list, but what would it matter? Wonder if our financial numbers will ever be public? It will probably happend at the same time that i get my PO for a new docking station approved :)
Apparently, CDK is about to outsource jobs to Genpact, more info on this thread: @OP+1lj1t1KM
Just over eighteen months ago the CPO stated that the dealers would be so dependant on their Keyloop DMS that they "wouldn't be able to get out of bed without having to refer to it" has it reached that point yet, if not how long will it be?
Just pointing out how deluded these people were and are.
The situation is starting to get heavy........ hold on!!! .........Sell your life dearly!!!
