Just over eighteen months ago the CPO stated that the dealers would be so dependant on their Keyloop DMS that they "wouldn't be able to get out of bed without having to refer to it" has it reached that point yet, if not how long will it be?
Just pointing out how deluded these people were and are.

Sorry for a question.....but how many managers, directors, team leaders exist in this company? and how many meetings, phone calls, webinars........ but who is operational and works is the minority of employees?? there is something wrong....

Unless one works for an organisation that is working to achieve serious and profound changes to make society or the world a better place, the most important part of one's life is most categorically not the hours one spends stuck behind a desk. Quite the opposite old bean.
The least important part of life is that spent at work, time with friends and family is infinity more important and valuable, no matter how good the employer (and my new one shows Keyloop for the liars they are).

I've set my personal development goal as watching all that cr4p they post each week on loopedin. Works out that after the videos, townhalls, wellbeing sh1t, then my lunch break and the 2 coffe breaks. I will officially be owed 2 hours overtime each week without actually doing an ounce of work.

Who needs bonuses and salary increases when you can watch webinars and have a picnic blanket (although the days to make use of the picnic blanket have been withdrawn). Much love.
Be authentic, united and bold....so must work in proportion to one's salary, but taking into account the share of bonuses and compensation due to the KLT (several million pounds a year).

I say trapped as no matter how much I would like to be in a happier working environment, I have to consider my partner, kids and other dependents. Along with many friends that I have made.
I bet you didn't clap for the NHS, donate to Ukraine and lately to the Red Cross for Turkey.

Not to mention not everybody can just up and leave at the drop of a hat. People have mortgages, kids, other financial responsibilities. Naive to think it's always that simple.
And when your skill set is built around technologies as medieval and proprietary as Keyloops, it might seem like your options are limited unless you take a sizeable pay cut and start your career again from scratch (hint: it's not, aptitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn will get you much further than what you know).
Keyloop brass are almost certainly banking on people's lack of confidence in moving on to keep remaining b-ms in seats, much as they behave as though customers are a captive herd of cattle because of the difficulties involved in leaving.
All that said, there are plenty of better futures out there, with a bit of thought and careful planning. You owe these corporate vampires nothing.
‘Stop moaning’ - Comms/KLT hate this site as they don’t control the narrative, and it’s the only place to get the truth in Keyloop. A lot of people have put a huge amount of time and effort into this company. Why should they leave just because a bunch of fly by night cowboys have decided to r*pe the company.

So - for the first time in ages NO BONUS. NO salary increase last year and "only" two wellness days. With an inflasion of around 10% I can't even think of how much money I lose working for Keyloop compared to other years. Nobody can trust bonus in the the year to come. You have no impact
According to the Keyloop marketing 2022 was a very successful year and looking forward to an even better 2023? KLT are playing a blinder paying no bonuses and giving no pay rises - this will provide more money towards the KLT hitting their targets and getting their bonuses, a great start to 2023. BO-M KERRRCHING. You don't expect them to increase their revenue and profits by selling to customers do you? That would require people that know what they are doing and they have fired most of them. I absolutely feel that nobody gives a hoot how hard you work as long as you click "10" on Peakon. Killroy couldn't give a rats ars3 if you are feeling low or if your kids go hungry. As long as he sits there with the colgate kid sat next to him smiling like a demented t3rd, telling bollox to the masses in India and Poland, that is all that counts.

Absolutely, a thought from tomorrow morning, is it right to continue working hard? for those who meanwhile are lining their pockets with money and tomorrow will continue to shoot under the control of another speculative fund.
4 picnic days being replaced by 2 wellbeing days, which are to be taken in each half of the year. No pay increase despite soaring inflation.
Along with no bonus payment this year, I think that adds up to F you Keyloop!
I'll adjust my working schedule to reflect what I'm worth to the business.
Please bear a thought for those of us who work just as hard, under the incompetent leaders who do not get the chance to earn bonus.
No bonus payout this year as company has not met the targets! individual performance bonus will be paid out. range i believe from 10% to 25% depending on your personal performace.
Good question, i don't think KLT bonus is affected despite the targets not being met...
the KLT team bonus is not in question.... given the obvious successes achieved....

Just seen a post from the new VP of marketing, she joined Keyloop because they "celebrate their staff and value their clients" LOL What planet has she been on for the last two years? Unbelievable!
High profile heads. Btw, it’s interesting how the ELT are not impacted by the yearly bonus payment in the same way other people are….
I don’t understand why the contracts of the ELT is not public available like in a lot of other similar companies.
Do you mean voluntary redundanices being offered HR Mule or some high profile heads to go? Hopefully not easy targets as before like people being sacked due to age, colour of skin or ill health. Because to be fair that's how low Keloop have stooped.
