I was offered a kickback by a vendor and I warned them not to do it again. Then I was told they take care of others too. I am afraid to say anything as I know people who filed any type complains were fired. I have some info on who gets the kickbacks but no proofs. They are all corrupt on top including CIO.
In technology organization senior leaders are making money on side via kick backs by hiring contractors via their shady companies.
