With a 9 months of it, I cannot believe how poorly it is run. Zero leadership and back bone by some of the senior management. Very odd back slapping culture. Lots of talk about female leaders (which I support) but the females picked to represent us are inadequate. #clearout required.

As a female in the Dublin office I dont see this pro female bias mentioned. Most teams report to the US so I dont feel there is a Team Dublin. Two separate buildings don't help.
Why does nobody want to work for this organisation in Dublin?
Poster is correct.
Is Dublin office space being cut and redesigned again?
This is so true! Wake up BNY
The message in Ireland is, if you want to get promoted then be a female. Its driven by a certain few people to drive their own resentful agenda's. Best person for job should get it irrespective of s-xual orientation, colour or creed. The womens agenda in Ireland is sold as Diversity and Inclusion. Whilst in reality it is s-xism. That's why nobody wants to work their as a preference.
There are plenty of poor managers, male and female. It’s up to YOU to be so good that you can take over a leadership role. Don’t waste your time complaining, you just sound resentful. Put that energy toward a productive goal that will satisfy you and the people you will lead. Good luck!
I say if you can't beat em. Join em. The only answer here is to transition to a female and you can become the change you wish to see in leadership.
The females in the Office have a special place . Afterall they have to promote diversity. They are struggling to keep a balance .
