I was a BK employee for almost 20 years. I finally left (on my own) and have been at another firm for about 8 months.
Best decision I ever made. I struggled with the decision. Should I stay despite the pathetic leadership who have no integrity? The new place isn’t perfect (no place is) but what a refreshing environment. Wow is it different. (For the better)
It was scary.
But it was worth it.
