No poi t in giving people more he got to where he is today by doing what he has done. He can pay as he does now and his business thrives. Just because somebody can do the right thing doesn't mean they will. I assume if there is a hell he will surely go there like most of the global team.
I really don't understand Bezos. He is one of the wealthiest men in America and is on track to be the first trillionaire. How much money does he need before he is happy? He could be really gracious to his employees at both Wholefoods and Amazon and whatever else he owns by giving more labor, great benefits and many extras and not put a dent in his fortune. He could be THE BEST EMPLOYER IN AMERICA instead of being known as just the wealthiest and greedy. We only get decent pay because he doesn't want us to get a union at his businesses but he could do a whole lot more for us. I do appreciate what we get paid, just saying he could do so much more. A long time ago companies used to do so much more for their employees including not working them to death, great pay, benefits and profit sharing. Now they all act like Walmart.

But he is so passionate about taking care of people like giving us sh!t insurance,Cutting the raise percentage and pretending that WF is an ethical company.
