Some of them here spending their prime age to build up and commission this entire bloody complex. Sacrificing their blood and sweat and family time in the end all they get is a pip. Get laid off without getting what they deserve... Time had changed, if they wan a loyal staff they can get it from pet shop. Don't need to work hard, do enough to get by, don't answer any phone call when u are not at work. Even the plant burn down so what? Not your fault either. You are not getting paid based on how much you contribute anymore unlike last time. When company find you too expensive they will PIP you off anyway. So just farm, take MC or VL or HSL when you don't feel like working.
