How is everyone thing about bonus season in 21? As bad as 20 or better?

The overall pool is down less than 10% year over year, so not as dire as you'd expect. I don't understand the people saying to be thankful you have a job... Bonuses are standard for exempt employees. It's a part of the compensation package just like salary.
I hope the bonus is satisfactory. If you've somehow been duped to feel guilty and shame over receiving compensation you've rightfully earned, that's your weakness. Focus your attentions on the many wealthy individuals in this country that continue to squeeze more and more from our society and economy. If you want to give your bonus to charity to make yourself feel better, go for it. I'll have my hand out in February and BAH GAWD it better be good. They make a billion dollars a quarter, Jesus Christ.

Why shouldn’t we get a bonus. The folks up top will be. You think they care about the millions of unemployed out there????
