Was anyone satisfied with the email that was sent out it seemed like the response was written before the results of the survey even went in. Covid response was pathetic just glossed over and made it about customer experience and not about TM safety. The eteam just pushed out making it seem like people are looking for opportunity to advance in positions in WFM but they can't even staff low level TMs at this point.

We are essential heros........ They should have never said that if they planned on just giving up up preventative measures even though caronavirus is running rampant through the United States. Removing hazard pay was a nice slap in the face even though nothing has improved.

Yeah the Culture Compass hasn't meant anything for several years. Our STL didn't even mention the results of the 2019 one to the TMs until months after the results came out. And that was only because our TMSL found out she hadn't said anything to us. Even then, she didn't share what anyone said about her.

Culture isn't an idealized version of ourselves, it's who we are now. WFM is desperately trying to hold on to this image of what sort of company they used to be without acknowledging that they literally can't be that company any more. It'd be less insulting if they'd just admit it to themselves and stop trying to sell this image to team members.

Yup written beforehand the part that they really push is how many people responded. I hope everyone feels proud to have participated and been ignored year after year like always. Stop responding to surveys and that would cause more concern to the leadership of WFM than your responses could ever have.

I thought it very much sounded fake and was written beforehand. Trying to keep people happy and away from bad PR or protests. Would really like to get a matching 401k!

Even if they let you reveiw the regional team nothing would have came of it so don't feel bad about it. And whoever from the central office that monitors this site GFY you piece of human garbage.

Yes the Culture Compass is joke. It has been for a few years now. I really do not think that they understand the fear and concern the TM's have about COVID-19 as they sit upon their gilded thrones and count the cash–much like the robber barrons of the past. All we can do is show up, keep our heads down, and do as we are told.

The push to do it is to gauge how many people buy into the nonsense leadership spews out. Mackey publishes books about how good of a job he thinks he has done. There was a time when he had it together and built the brand but those days are long gone.

The post claiming the STL only allowed some people to fill out the survey- it doesn’t make sense. The low participation % would immediately be noticed by global and they would ask a lot of questions.
We had a huge push to make sure as many TMs completed the survey as possible.

In my store the STL hand picks the people to fill out surveys. Only people that don't really know what's going on in their store or people hungry to advance and will give a fairytale view of their store and company as a whole. Either way they were hand picked to be overly complementary and STL is pleased.
