so many people have been moved to the “cash team” to fix incorrect/duplicate transactions but it sounds like the tech team can’t even stop them from occurring again

it’s the bank’s new mortgage servicing platform, can assure you a few depts had people testing that can barely set their out of office on outlook and didn’t know the actual processes their depts run

probably no one had the intestinal fortitude to say no we aren’t ready

Not surprised. Most that is rolled out is not tested by the right people. Then have to put more duct tape on something they should have fully tested in the first place. Happens every time.
