When your boss or bosses (at bank of america there are numerous bosses for each person) calls you in for your performance assessment meeting, here are some tips:
1) when they say your performance is "just" not up to standard.
Your response should be:
Where's the evidence? Since you obviously believe self righteously as an entitled person of the new millennium that you are a perfect employee and would need solid, hard evidence to believe this.
2) when they say you did this or that incorrectly and such and such could have been better
Call on a fact checker to ensure that they've used the correct words for what they are trying to say and then dispute each one saying that it is just nonsense - who are they to judge you anyway?
3) when they say that such and such needed to be done and you actually did do but they didn't know
Tell them that there are just too many managers, each with their own agenda asking you to do things and so some things get mixed up in the confusion
4) when they say that they will be observing you for the next few months to check up on any suggested progress and improvements
Respond by blocking all areas that can view you and your work, don't talk to anyone and just do your work - one sided observations always lead to a preconcluded layoff so just realize you have no hope and so go out with a bang!
Good luck and just avoid mainstream meda! They rule as neither you nor the American people have any say anymore!
