Am hearing bonuses will be cut "significantly", especially for support (staff/non-revenue) units. Not surprising, but wondered if anyone is hearing by what percent?

Greedy looooosers. Help your communities. SELFISHNESS IS SO BEYOND WORDS
Replying to this genius - it's LOSER:
I see in the string where someone says they rely on the bonus to pay their bills. Sounds like poor money management and oh help me I am a victim. Put your big boy pants on. Improve yourself, get a better paying job or live within your means. LOOSER...

Your bonuses are going down because the people in power made bad decisions, some that could have been prevented to not cause major tech issues and lower performance, that were highlighted even more by the pandemic, included in those bad decisions was to make the cuts worse for you than them, remember the little guys are just there to make management’s job easier not the other way around
Below is one ignorant comment. Lots of us rely on that each year to help with bills. Not like they've k–led us with insurance cost increases and no raises in many cases. That little bit makes a difference. So before you start tossing out labels on us disappointed that we're being hurt, why don't you just move on.

My group is getting an increase up to 20% for managers.

Restricted stock is being cut as well. 100%
Technology bonus pools down 30-60% versus last year depending on area. Will be a sizeable amount of zeroes. Announcement day likely 1/21 or 1/22
No one has announced a percentage but I heard significant. Also sounds like it is more severe for band 3 and less so as you go down. Not surprising though. I lost faith a long time ago in this management. Everything for the exes and stock holders. Screw the little people.
We were told yesterday the bonus pool is much smaller this year due to decreased revenue YOY. While it is a tough pill to swallow, there will still be bonuses. I personally am assuming a 40-50% decrease from what I got this last February.
Wow. Huge swaths of groups have worked their asses off during this pandemic. People have been hospitalized from stress to the extra piles of work we had to complete. I’m gonna be ticked if they do not compensate folks and instead cut bonuses.
have heard that the bonus pool is tiered and below $5k it is 100% funded, $50k or less 85% funded, $50k+ Are 80% funded. Does anyone have updated bonus communication dates. It is well known that they are aligning payouts across the enterprise but when will the payout date be?
60% cuts have been announced
Guess that's why it hasn't been announced, last year it was announced late October/ early November.
I was on a call and the manager said that the bank's revenue is down 48% from last year. So you do the math on your anticipated bonus from there.
Told 30% and some may get zero in groups that are over staffed.
Who announced 25% cut. I have heard nothing on this subject.
25% is what was announced
Cuts are about 25% vs last years bonus
Confirm the cuts not sure amounts or percentages
