Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

Should I Stay or Should I Go Now?

Considering the current climate and the imminent possibilities of "reducing headcounts" yet again, what does a BNYMellon typical redundancy package currently consist of for the UK employee (15+ years, EE performance reviews, standard benefits: holidays, health, pension etc. pay includes: weekend work, overtime, call out, on call etc)?

Just looking to assess the various options before it's too late. It gets closer each year.

Thank you all for taking the time to comment.

With regards to the two comments that mention "5 weeks", can anyone please confirm/refute?

Just go. Life is too short to stay somewhere just because you already stayed there for a while. Madness.

If you go there will be trouble
If you stay it will be double

You'll get the same as somebody who s—ed for 15 years. It doesn't matter how great or terrible you are.

don't base your decision solely on what your separation package is going to be. That's just silly.
