I heard from a credible source that branch locations will be set up with virtual banking. Customers will be doing banking virtually at branch locations instead of having a full staff.

Are there any more details on this? If I hadn’t already heard it somewhere else, I’d think the author of this post from another thread is just a troll, but I’ve heard other people talk about this as well. It wouldn’t surprise me at all.

This is not good for people that can barely handle tech add that many that still go to branches are either elderly or need an interpreter
BAC has been rolling out what are branded as Advanced Center locations for a few years. I am confused by the obsession with face to face collaboration among employees, but unimportant with people trusted to watch our money.
I have also heard something about it but unfortunately I don’t have any details worth sharing, yet.
