Does anyone else think the implementation of the new ordering system has been a complete disaster? Our back room is full of product that we have no need for and it just keeps coming in. I've never seen inventory levels so bad in the back it's out of control , we have about 10 full pallets of back stock that will not go out to the aisles and I thought this system was pretty much ordered a shelf not ordered a back room.People want to quit left and right,and I understand the reason for all this is the metrics that regional and global want each store to hit which is ridiculous cuz each store is built differently has different holding power on the shelves and different backrooms.

did they totally forget the blessed ten commandments of OTS/SOP????????? im seeing tons of backstock and not enough workers to pull the product to the floor...the hiring freezes for the plague have come to cause all kinds of problems...
Excuse me for loving this info. You are basically saying that just before end of year inventory in which Whole Foods will pay tax on......your back rooms are overflowing with inventory. This is just too good. It's funny and wonderful and proves karma exists. The sh– that Whole-foods-market dishes out has come back around. Thank you for sharing this info for all of us old geezers who were pushed out . We needed a good laugh. I hope it's happening in every store across the country.
