How many TM's feel that Store Leadership isn't following Company and Local guidelines for controlling the spread of Covid in their store? Waiting for the Class Action when this is over!

Leadership pretty much gave up at my store. They make sure everybody has a mask although though most people wear them incorrectly, and there is some half assed temperature check with a broken infrared camera, but that is it. Team members who work on the floor are basically surrounded by the multitude of Prime shoppers who seem to have no concept of personal space. When concerns are brought up, it is basically dismissed with a "Deal with it." Of course, our STL is safe and sound hiding out in their office all day that nobody is allowed to get within six feet of.
Recovering Covid TM said no contact tracing was done that he knows about.
Car post was at 11:12 AM.
What is the STL doing about it ? It's the Company's & Store Leaders responsibility to keep the team members and their property safe. What's being done. How is theft in a secure backroom locker area possible unless it was an inside job. Cameras would record who did it.
Car stolen from Portland, ME team member as they worked a shift. Thief went into employee locker area and stole backpacks. Managed to get keys to an employee vehicle and steal it.
Our STL & ASTL think covid is a conspiracy. They set the example for the store by not wearing masks, not social distancing, not being sanitary, offering communal shared food, etc. It's pretty discouraging. I would quit but I need the job and there's not much in my area.
Have you not realized by now that they don't care! It is all about as much money as5 they can make!
