what is the sr. group manager title in BNY?Is it a director title? any idea of the salary range and bonus?

I'm not sure about the rest of the company but here's the salaries by pay grade in King of Prussia and Syracuse.

If you are joining BNY Mellon as a Manager please try to be a good Leader .Let your subordinates draw inspiration from you and look upto you .There are no good managers left in this Company as they don't last long .I am talking about a Genius level Visionary. Yes we don't see them here. Their Vision is only to lay Off a few hundred People in a span a few months whereas People should be the Strength of an Organisation . Perhaps something is terribly wrong in the core of this Organisation and this Bank is not even at the top 10 Banks of the World . Wish you luck and Congratulations if you are getting Employed here .
