They are just GS soldier spies sent to get the ground ready for the GS invasion.
At the next turning when the market crashes again they will make their move.
Its been seriously talked about before.
They also have to bring in young talent so they can displace some of them later to offset the older workers being displaced to avoid age discrimination lawsuits
and leave for Google or Amazon in a year to get real pay and benefits. BNYM just needs to close down or be bought out by Goldman (60% of staff now came from there anyway). Seems BNYM is Goldman's cesspool.
Yeah looking to hire some young f— fresh out of college at a higher pay rate, doing less work and who can’t wipe his a– on his own yet
