The next round of layoffs is expected in July. By then mid years will be in. I know cause I’m part of management and that’s what we heard. Merits don’t go into until July thanks to their stall a few years back. They used to be given in April

Folks, 2021 bonus is paid in13 months away... get a grip.
If and when you do get it, it will be an insult.
:) Feb 28th, not a bonus day, it could be the next round of layoff!. Watch out, there could be another 3 or more rounds of the layoff, who knows, 2 rounds from 2020 and 2 rounds from 2021.
