How many of you made a New Year's resolution to find new jobs as soon as possible? That was the first one on my list. I think the leadership would be shocked if they learned the actual number, which I'm positive is significantly higher than the number of those who didn't.

Laid off several years ago. Although I miss some of my peers, I couldn’t be happier. There is life outside BAC. Just saying.
I left the company a few months ago. There’s obviously going to be big layoffs in 2021 and I don’t want to be any part of that. Much happier at my new company with better w/l balance.

They don’t care, they’ll just bring on contractors, train them badly, get through a population of work done inaccurately due to previous point and then let them go, maybe if we f— up enough to get sued/fined, that’s about the only time changes for the good are made
