Bonus for BE?

Anyone with intel on the usual bonus paid to BEs in % compared to ME (as a rule on thumb in an average year)?

Would have to be 0. Hard to justify giving a be a bonus when so little in the pool.

Regardless BE or not BE, there was no bonus even in 2020 Feb.

While being rated BE means that you are technically eligible for a bonus (meaning, the rules around bonus payment don't preclude those rated BE from being bonus eligible), any amount is subject to your manager's discretion. My experience has been that people rated BE because the manager was forced to rate someone BE are more likely to get a modest (I mean really, really small) bonus. On the other hand, managers who had no problem rating you BE are likely not going to give you anything.

Wouldn’t count on any bonus for BE.
