I got an overall ME even though I exceeded on several of the individual items and didn't get any BE. I don't remember how many individual categories there were but I think it was closer to 4 than 10. Still got canned though...
Thought reviews were completed back in December ???
Good for you. I hate this forced ranking c-ap. It's like going to the team that won the Superbowl and saying "We know you're the best team in the country, but 15% of you s—, because we say so".
