We all know attrition is really bad so I was wondering, compared to last year how many are left at your location?

Only three left out of a team of 13-15.
the revolving door of seasonal hires is a bad look for the conscious capitalism crowd...remember they want as much out of labor for as little money as possible so it is in labors best interest to provide as little service for as much pay as possible.....
Of a team numbering around twenty, which is inadequate relative to sales, there are only three of us who were here a year ago. Since store micromanagement is cheap, and despite record comps, I'm about to lose two of my best people who need full time.
Have half a department... just pushing through dqy by day
