Anyone else having trouble setting up an account at https://bnymellonpension.bdigitalsuite.com? It didn't recognize me when I entered my ssn, birth date and termination year so I had to call them. They said they had no termination year on file.
Oh, and the documentation BK sent everyone has a typo in one of the times they mention the site and https://bnymellonpension.bddigitalsuite.com tries to make you install a plugin to spy on you.

No, @1Nzvg+19c28RdF. They were able to fix the hiring date but then it took them a month to get my account working.
But...
The separation document HR emailed us DOES list a phishing site http://bnymellonpension.bddigitalsuite.com in one place instead of the legit http://bnymellonpension.bdigitalsuite.com site.
Any chance that this might be a phishing site?
I have been trying for 2 hours. Left in 1999. It would not accept my email or any information I entered although it was all correct.
When were you hired in IT? We had a pension til around 2008. Or maybe that's when some were converted to a cash balance plus and it was phased out later.
Pension? I was in IT and all we got was a 401K. Not complaining, just saying.
I got in today, was laid off 2 years ago though. Good luck with everything, if you are in my demographic, road is long and rough. Had to sell my house and uproot my family.
