For anyone who was let go in January, did you receive any info on how to retrieve personal belongings? My manager says I was supposed to receive a survey and needed to opt in for the process to kick off, but I just checked the separation portal again and don't see anything there. Thanks!

The HR contact responsible for my redundancy contacted security who cleared out my locker, then the post room sent it out to me, in a carrier bag...
My old manager just told me that she contacted MyHR and was told that they won’t have any specifics on retrieving personal belongings for another month or more.
Sadly, expect nothing... remember it's BNYM
An email was just sent out to managers last week on how to get employees back their personal belongings.
I received an email from Human Resources Communication on 2/10.
The organization bungled that task for my personal possessions. The person who oversaw my dismissal ‘assumed’ I took all my stuff with me. I awaited the shipment of my stuff but I never received anything. I finally contacted HR and someone got a nearby worker to empty my desk. Of course I was missing half of my stuff when I received a box in the mail.
@1cgn+19n6J8sV When did you receive that email? I haven't received anything yet...as someone else pointed out, it's been 5 weeks. I haven't heard from Outplacement Services yet either.
It’s been 5 weeks, when will we be getting this email I keep hearing about.
You should receive an email requesting whether you wish to receive your possessions or not. You have the opportunity to provide your forwarding address but also suggests the possibility of going to the office to retrieve your items.
Nothing. I’ve heard nothing.
Not have I heard from outplacement. I know they don’t care about anyone but do they not care about their reputation
